Learn and teach the wildlife and the vegetation of the Os Bru country

Protected natural spaces are part of our heritage. Vegetation and fauna, among other elements, make up a scenario that, year after year, hosts many visitors. In the specific case of fauna, the presence of bones in the territory has caused a high interest in knowing the species. The direct observation of bones is impossible, even though you cross forests and places where the brown bone is present already has a special incentive. Knowing the fauna and flora of its territory will allow us to understand in more detail the need to pro- tect these sensitive habitats and, because not, to enjoy the presence of other species that are part of the witch's country.

With this starting point, the objectives of this course are to learn to identify and know the characteristics and main uses of mountain flora; Identify and classify the most common traces and remains of the Pyrenean fauna; Knowing tools and didactic strategies for the work of the natural environment with children and young people, and inter- change the changes that have been made over the years in the ecological systems related to fauna.

The course is especially aimed at those who dedicate themselves to the formal and informal educational world and who have an interest in naturalist knowledge that allows them, afterwards, to carry out activities for both adults and children .

Observations: It is recommended to wear comfortable walking shoes, small backpack for outlets, sunscreen, windscreen or impermeable and binoculars.
