The introduction of the bear in the mountains of the Pyrenees is an example of this cohabitation. In recent years, it has generated interesting initiatives and environmental education projects with the support of institutions and projects in Europe. At this point, the chair has taken over the educational tasks elaborated by the University of Lleida in the framework of the PirosLife project and aims to continue with the development, improvement and promotion of pedagogical materials for children, primary and secondary education, as well as the training of university students and teachers of the schools of the Pyrenees.
